How It Started
Jordan didn't come to plant-based food through a trend. He came through necessity — a personal health journey that forced him to look at what he was putting in his body and why. Faced with inflammation, fatigue, and a body that wasn't responding, he turned to whole food as medicine. The transformation was undeniable.

It wasn't long before Jordan realized that eating whole, plant-based meals wasn't just about his health — it was about a philosophy. Plants carry life force. When you eat food that's alive, organic, and unprocessed, your body recognizes it. Supernatural Kitchen is built on that truth.

Every dish on our menu is made from scratch. The cashew queso is real cashews. The lentil meat is real lentils. The granola is homemade. When you see an asterisk on our menu, it means that ingredient is organic. We don't cut corners because your body deserves better than shortcuts.
